PLC/CNC Automation
Pulimetal elaborates and gives dedicated software responding to the costumer demand. Is also given personalized graphic interface for the production’s data
Multilanguage software, TouchScreen and Wi-Fi controller
Pulimetal, on demand, gives Multilanguage software in English and in the required language. According to new technology proposes smart user friendly interface providing TouchScreen systems and Wireless panel control.
Laser
Possibility to define precisely the profile of the piece to work in order to always have the same level of finish. The system was tested and its efficiency increases the versatility of the robot that in this way carries out its task perfectly

Robotic
For several years and more frequently Pulimetal relies on the precision and versatility of anthropomorphic robots for the implementation of Special cell for the finishing of the pieces. Programming is being made by our technical specialists who study and create a programme of effective and easy use by operators. Our years of experience in the techniques of grinding and polishing programming Robotics allow us to be a leader in our sector and in step with the times.
–Technical Study
Once known the piece to work is built is 813 custom and suited to requirements of processing. The study of the collet is done by our technical that thanks to the collaboration of the customer can develop the best way to finish the piece.

Use of laser system for the definition of the piece profile.
–Vision Systems
Allows, in every situation, to define the position of the piece on the belt or on another application, making the catch operation of the robot or of any other special machine, easier. With this system position and typology of the pieces may be changed easily.
–Palletizing
Taking into account the type of piece and the working of the same, is done a specific study to propose to the customer the most efficient and quick palletising or stocking ,in order to optimize the production.

Automatic control system of the pressure
dedicated software for the control of the pressure of work, for the recovery wear and for the maintenance of peripheral CONSTANT SPEED on the brushes and on the abrasives belts.
Oscillation Tools
Our machines make alternative movements (axial oscillation) of the brushes and of the abrasives belts for a better finish of the piece and for a uniform consumption of the abrasion areas. 1. Pneumatic Oscillation – powered by pneumatic cylinder 2. Mechanic Oscillation – Powered by gear motors and eccentric or Brushless motors with ball screw.
Rapid brushes change system ETP©
This system used allows to replace the brush and its spindle with the help of compasses EPT (patented system). The time of replacement is thus reduced to a minimum (5 min) and intervention could be made by a single operator.
Quick spindles change system

Application system for abrasive paste
According to the type of processing and to the specifications required by the customer the pulimetal proposes liquid-paste application systems with low and high pressure or mechanical systems for solid-paste application.

Allows, in any situation, to define the position of the piece to work on the conveyor belt or on any application in order to facilitate the holding of robots or any special machine. With this system is allowed diversify, as well as the position of the pieces, also the type.

In collaboration with the customer and according to what is required, Pulimetal designs and manufactures special grippers be applied to rotary tables or to Robotic cells.
